WHAT IS A MERCH DROP?

We sell our merchandise during a limited ordering window over a specific set of days. This approach allows us to accurately manage inventory instead of guessing how many items or sizes our customers might want. We don’t have the space—or the desire—to hold excess inventory. By using a preorder-style model, customers can order the exact size and product they want, and we produce it specifically for them.

You might ask: why limit the ordering window? Why not keep items available all the time?

Our apparel pricing is based on quantity. For each item, we’re given a quote that assumes a certain volume of sales. If we sell 50 items, the cost per piece is low and the margins are healthy. If we only sell 2, we’re essentially covering the cost just to put our logo out there. The more we sell, the more we’re able to offer—both in pricing and future merchandise. (WE CHOOSE TO USE LOCAL PRODUCTION IF POSSIBLE FIRST)

Limiting the ordering window also helps with turnaround time. If an item were available year-round, it would be unclear when to stop taking orders and submit final production numbers to our apparel supplier. By setting a clear cutoff, we can place one efficient order, receive the merchandise on time, and deliver it to customers as quickly as possible.

REPORT AN ISSUE

There is only one way we can stay the best and continue to work for our customers and thats by knowing what we don’t know. Allowing our customers to express a problem allows us to improve our service. The more details of the situation the better. ex: Date & Time of incident, barista info, product info, etc.

Erly Rush Loyalty program issues can be submitted here as well. Changing of phone numbers on the account or correction of points being allocated to the wrong account.

We may reach out to verify details. This does not mean the issue isn’t being addressed—it helps us understand what happened, resolve it properly, and prevent it in the future.
